In the course of a hearing committee of FAS was informed that the Bank Rosbank renounces its claims to the fact that the management company is currently undertaking the necessary actions for the voluntary resolution of all contentious issues.
According to the results of the case and taking into account information on the approval of 17 Jun, 2009 before the Arbitration Court of Moscow before the parties signed a settlement agreement, the commission committed FAS CC Rosbank in the three months to submit proof of the elimination of violations that have become the basis for initiation of administrative proceedings.
