LUKOIL completed the acquisition of the company Total 45% stake in the refinery Total Raffinaderij Nederland (TRN), located in Holland.

The deal, Lukoil will replace the company Dow Chemical as a partner in Total ownership TRN. Shareholders will continue to manage the plant for the processing scheme in accordance with their shares will ensure the supply of oil and other raw materials, as well as receive finished petroleum products.
TRN plant is located near the port of Vlissingen Oost in the south-western part of Holland in one of the world's major centers of trade in petroleum and petroleum products (Region Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp), has access to transport infrastructure, including Terminal Maasvlakte Olie, which TRN owns 22% participation. These advantages allow the plant to Lukoil to strengthen its position in the North-West Europe, to enhance trading operations.
The company's capacity for primary processing of crude oil up 158 thousand barrels per day, and the power of a hydrocracking, one of the largest in Europe - about 68 thousand barrels per day.
The plant is able to process crude oil Urals, large amounts of straight-run fuel oil and vacuum gas oil, which allows to successfully integrate it into the production chain, LUKOIL. The company also will be able to use the TRN to supply and further development of its own marketing network in Western Europe.
