According to Vyacheslav Sinyugin, Far Eastern federal district, is one of the most complex regions of united energy system of the country. Two subjects districts - Primorsky Krai and Sakhalin Oblast - Russia Ministry of Energy assigned to regions with high-risk passing PTD.
At the present time, according to DFO power companies, electric power facilities to prepare PTD conducted in accordance with approved plans to carry out necessary repairs, and organizational and technical measures, as well as schedules of forming normative fuel.
In a number of companies have begun the work of the commission to verify the readiness of electric power facilities to the PTD and issued passports ready. Among the first power facilities, to obtain a passport ready to work in the PTD has Neryungirnskaya Power Plant JSC DGC, network facilities of JSC DRSC and others.
On September 23, 2009 statutory reserves of fuel for power stations of OAO RAO ES of the East are on Coal - 890 thousand tons, or 117% of the standard indicators, for fuel oil - 116,9 thousand tons, or 114,5 %, respectively.
At the meeting, Vyacheslav Sinyugin also drew the attention of management of regional headquarters and regional governors on the need to address to create a backup energy supply, especially in regions of high risk.
