According to the portal, from 2 to 9 October average price of a two-bedroom apartments on the secondary market capital fell by 1.4%, or 30.1 dollars to 2 110.9 per square. m, on three-room - on 1,5%, or 33.2 dollars to 2 215.2 per square. m.
According to the agency, from September 25 to October 2 in the secondary market of real estate of Kiev the average price for one-bedroom apartments increased by 0,2% or 4,2 to 2 087.5 U.S. dollars per square. m, the two-room apartments fell by 0.2%, or 3.6 dollar to 2 141,0 dollars per square. m, on three-room - on 1,4%, or 31.6 dollars to 2 248,4 dollars per square. m.
in August on the secondary market of real estate of Kiev average prices of homes in areas of the city have increased by 0,2% or 4,6 dollars to 2 189.7 per square. m compared with July.
