He recalled that the town-planning council approved the DPT Hydropark Kiev in March 2007, but it has not been approved by the Kiev city council and not actually in force.
“There was so much change that we begin with an inventory of buildings and land, which is in place, and only then go out on a detailed plan for the territory”, - said Dobrutsky.
He noted that the old DPT would be the basis of the new.
According Dobrutskogo, approval of the DPT will stop natural building and self-trapping lands in hidropark.
“If a year or two, we pull this issue, the territorial development plan for us to do more” - added Acting deputy chairman.
New DPT should include zoning, depending on the ownership of land and a reasonable public conception of development of the recreation area.
