Shuvalov recalled that in 2010 Russia is the chairman of the Commonwealth.
“We started to work in order to intensify economic cooperation of its member states. Already prepared a draft treaty of the CIS free trade area that meets the highest international standards”, - he said.
In his view, the basic principles of the CIS may be about the same, which is scheduled to lay in the relations with the EU.
“Thus, we are building a bridge across the EEA to other CIS states to build a common economic legislation in order to base the business on all of this space has been unified,” - said the first deputy prime minister.
“A parallel movement in these two areas in the future we will be able to come to a wide economic space, encompassing the countries included in the EU, and in the CIS”, - he said.
