According to an UNIAN correspondent, reported this at the press conference, said the chairman of the State Committee on Nationalities and Religions Yuri Reshetnikov, replying to journalists' questions.
Certainly, we support the decision of the Government, - said Reshetnikov. He drew attention to the fact that the need for a profile body that dealt with complex cluster of issues related to migration, and urged international institutions.
Until now, said Reshetnikov, migration issues involved in a number of public bodies that do not effectively address all issues. Because the establishment of the State Migration Service, he said, is absolutely justified and correct step.
Reshetnikov also expressed hope that soon the newly formed structure will work in full. Today, he said, addressed technical points concerning the beginning of its activities. In particular, the transfer of the relevant department of the State Committee of the State Migration Service.

The Head of State noted that the issues of volume change functions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, connected with illegal migration, changes in the overall structure and size of the Interior Ministry, in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine may be settled exclusively by the Verkhovna Rada of the laws. Consequently, believes the President, the Cabinet violated the requirements of the Basic Law.
