We believe that investors disappointed with the recent news about the exposure of an offer to minority shareholders of TGK-14 on the weighted average market price over the past six months, which turned out to be 20% below current market prices, as purchase price remained unknown until the last moment. Paper TGC-14 is nizkolikvidnymi shares, and now we appreciate the long-term fundamental prospects of the company as neutral.
