We note the positive dynamics of quotations of securities Fortum (formerly TGC-10), who in the course of yesterday's trades soared 16.4%, significantly ahead of the rest of the paper sector. We note that at present Fortum - one of the cheapest Russian generating companies. Fortum traded with a negative indicator of EV, that is, its market capitalization is less than the amount of cash on the balance sheet of the company. At the same time, Fortum has effective generating capacity, and we retain our long-term positive view on its shares. However, the low percentage of shares in free float (7%) increases the risk of liquidity and contributes to large fluctuations in share prices.
